Mission:
Support attraction, development and retention of talents according to local business needs and to group company policies and guidelines.
Functions:
1.Coordinates definition and tracking of the talent development budget in terms of:
– Acting as responsible for defining the annual budget for talent attraction, talent training and development and culture & climate surveys
– Integrating the figures into a single budget, preparing the budget templates, sending them to Finance Department and ensuring communication with line management
– Supporting tracking of annual talent development budget
2. Supports talent attraction in terms of:
– Acting as a team member in the talent attraction project(s) according to Recruitment for Quality and Employer of first Choice principles; supporting the resulting implementation plan(s)
– Supporting development of relationship with local Universities
3. Supports training & development in terms of:
– Supporting Training Master Plan updating
– Supporting Annual Training Plan implementation and tracking; acting as a Training & Development Responsible for assigned courses
– Supporting selection and contracting of high standard providers, including business schools
– Acting as an internal trainer for internal tools
4. Supports performance management in terms of:
– Acting as a team member in the updating of perfomance appraisal process and tools
– Supporting perfomance appraisal tool implementation integrated with training & development, succession management and compensation & benefits
– Supporting internal communication and training for all Dialogue users
5. Supports succession management in terms of:
– Supporting IDPs process implementation and tracking
– Supporting organization of local assessment centers and participation to regional assessment centers for people in the talent pool
6. Supports organizational culture and climate surveys in terms of:
– Supporting selection of providers, methodology and tools
– Ensuring internal communication to targeted people
– Supporting action plan implementation and tracking; acting as coordinator of assigned actions
7. Acts as a team member for value embedding and competencies implementation
Studies:
Higher education
Post graduate education is a plus
Experience:
4-5 years in HR
~ 2 years experience in project work
Computer Skills:
MS Office
Languages:
Spanish and English
